Shipping and Delivery

Product Shipping

We are only coverage shipping service for Johor area (Except Mersing, Kahang, Pengerang). We will dispatch the product with in 7 days with based on scheduler deliver date. Within Kluang area will be delivered on the same day order placed by 12pm. After order 12pm will be delivered next working day.

Shipping Method and Charges

We are using our own transportation team. The shipping charges are based on the shipping location, normally deliver cost charge will not more then RM10.

Indemnity

We will not be liable for accident or loss due to inaccurate shipping information provided and the customer would be responsible for all the shipping charges due to unreliable shipping information provided. We will not make misleading assertions that are different from the original transaction amount mentioned on our receipts.

Return and Exchanges Policy

We will not do a refund for the confirmation order make, we only did a replacement for serious defect products.

We incorporate 1 day of warranty on the sold products. The delivered product may be replaced or refunded if there is any serious defect. Serious defects do not include slight differences or trivial flaws, or a flaw which is shrouded in overall appearances.

We only manage the after-sales service for the customer who directly buys from the www.fdcfronzen.com website. The customer is expected to send an email with the supporting pictures if they have any issues with the product within 1 day of receiving the product. Please contact us at support@fdcfrozen.com and we will reply to you as soon as possible.

The customer required to return the product to our designated location and the product must be unused and in the same condition with the original packaging that you received it. The product remains the responsibility of the customer until it is received by us. We will replace the product and deliver it for the next purchase.
